Our customers are the Jewels in our Crown! We want all of our customers to have a “Royal” Experience with every interaction they have with the Range.
Whilst we package our products at the highest, safest standard possible for shipping, occasionally mishaps can occur.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged we are more than happy to exchange for it for store credit or immediate replacement products- This is always at our cost.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or any product we believe to be opened or used.
